ALEXA ZAMORA
FOUNDER & CEO
Alexa Zamora, a proud Brownsville, Texas native, is a leader driven by family, community, and the power of giving back. From the softball field—where she played from ages 8 to 22—to the heart of education, child investigations, and project management, Alexa has dedicated her career to serving others.
Her work in child investigations has given her firsthand insight into the challenges many children and families face. Advocating for safety, stability, and access to essential resources, she has worked to ensure that every child has the opportunity to thrive, even in the face of adversity. This passion for protecting and uplifting vulnerable communities continues to guide her efforts in education and nonprofit work.
In her first year of teaching, she earned the Regional Core Value Award for Equity after launching a community closet at her IDEA campus, providing essential resources to students and families in need. She believes that real change starts with small acts of kindness, and her vision for a better world is rooted in the love she extends to both those closest to her and the strangers she lifts up.
Now, Alexa is channeling her passion and experience into The Endless Project, where she will play a key role in developing programs that support children and families in need. Through her background in child investigations, education, and project management, she will help create sustainable initiatives that provide resources, opportunities, and support for those facing systemic barriers. With a deep understanding of what it takes to build strong communities, Alexa’s impact on The Endless Project will help break cycles of hardship and create pathways to success for future generations.
Her journey is a testament to the impact of service, resilience, and unwavering compassion—and through The Endless Project, she is ensuring that impact never ends.
